How does it work?

Step 1

Make a booking

Choose the right kit for your needs and complete a booking online. We require payment upfront, but will refund for cancellation in accordance with our Hire Agreement.

We will refund 50% of your deposit if cancellation is > 30 days, 25% between 29 days and 14 days, and provide no refund if less than 14 days from the hire date.

Step 2

Pickup the Kit

This will involve

1. Signing our Hire Agreement

2. Signing a Condition report for the gear we hand over

3. Paying a Refundable Security deposit ($750.00)

Step 3

Go Camping!

Simply pack your bags, add food and drinks and escape. Rest assured you’ve got top quality equipment with everything you need (plus the kitchen sink).

Step 4

Return the Kit

This will involve:

1. Dropping the kit back to us (unless arrangements for pickup have been made)

2. We check the incoming gear against the outgoing condition report

3. Unless there is any damage to gear from non-fair wear, we’ll refund the deposit back into your account
